Donna O'Hern

Ms. O’Hern oversees Parses auditing services, quality assurance, and provider office relations. She manages system updates and educates internal auditors on coding changes and standards revisions. Ms. O’Hern has over 20 years experience in healthcare administration, billing, coding, and compliance auditing including extensive experience developing training programs for physicians focused on E/M coding, procedural documentation, and coding bundling and unbundling issues. Prior to joining Parses, she was Compliance Audit Manager at the University of Florida, College of Medicine. Ms. O’Hern has been published in the Annals of Surgery “Huber, T.S. M.D. Ph.D., Carlton, Lori, R.N. O’Hern, Donna C.P.C. Financial Impact of Tertiary Care in an Academic Medical Center, Annals of Surgery, June 2000” and is a past president of North Central FL Chapter of the American Academy of Professional Coders, Gainesville, FL.
