Mrs. Mihale served on the management teams that built several companies including two HMOs, a management consulting firm, and a biomedical company. She served as COO of St. Augustine Health Care, a 24,000-member commercial and Medicaid HMO in Florida. Under her operational leadership the HMO turned from an $8.4 million loss to profitability in 15 months and grew to 24,000 members and $30 million in revenue in less than three years.
